Realtor (Mind Loft)
Rate itOne home for sale a day: guess its asking price in three tries.
on mindloftdaily.com

Realtor is a free daily house price guessing game from Mind Loft. Each day shows one real listing with three photos and its basic facts, and you get three guesses at the asking price. The first guess is worth up to 10 points, the second up to 6 and the third up to 3, and each one says higher or lower and how close you are.
About Realtor (Mind Loft)
Realtor is a home price guessing game on Mind Loft, a free site of daily browser games. Each day everyone sees the same real listing: three photos (the curb, the kitchen and one more room), the city, the number of bedrooms and bathrooms, the floor area in square feet and the year it was built. The answer is the asking price as of a stated date. On October 17, 2026 it was a two bedroom, two bath home of 1,622 square feet in Portland, Oregon, built in 1907.
You get three guesses, and the first counts most: a right first guess is worth up to 10 points, the second up to 6 and the third up to 3, and your best result is your score. Each guess comes back higher or lower and hot or cold. Within 1% is a bullseye. You can type short forms such as 45k or 2.5m, and the clock starts when you press Start.
The leaderboard ranks score first, then how close the best guess was, then fewer guesses, then time. Realtor is also one of the five games in Mind Loft's Price Check, which plays Pricer, Dealer, Realtor, Agent and Curator in a row for one score out of 50.
A new home goes up at midnight US Eastern Time. It suits players of Housle or Guess the Home Price, with the difference that the hints include a temperature as well as a direction.

Tips
- The city matters most: start from what a typical home costs there, then adjust for size and condition.
- Price per square foot is a useful yardstick once you have one hint back.
- Your first guess is worth the most, so take time over it; after a cold answer make a big jump with the second.
- Old houses with updated kitchens can list well above the local average; look at the inside photos.
