Quotedle
Rate itFinish a famous quote: place its last five words from a word bank in six tries.
Every day: One famous quotation a day, the same for every player, with its last five words hidden and six attempts to put them back from a word bank. New puzzle: Once a day.

Quotedle shows the start of a famous quotation and hides its final five words. You pick five words from a bank that mixes the real ones with decoys and put them in order, and each word turns green, yellow or grey. You have six attempts, and the puzzle is the same for everyone each day.
About Quotedle
Quotedle is a free daily word puzzle inspired by Wordle, but built around sentences rather than letters. Each day it shows the beginning of a well-known line, such as one about being yourself in a world that keeps trying to make you something else, followed by five empty slots.
Below the slots is a word bank. It holds the five missing words mixed with extras chosen to mislead. You place five words in order and press Guess. A green tile means the right word in the right place, yellow means the word belongs in the ending but somewhere else, and grey means it is not part of the ending at all. You have six attempts.
The quotes come from novels, speeches, essays, philosophy, films and letters, and the site says it avoids misattributed internet quotes in favour of lines with a verifiable source. A finished game can be shared as a spoiler-free grid, and your streak and stats stay on your device. A practice mode is offered as well, and the site has strategy and theory articles on how each guess narrows the possibilities.
It suits Wordle players who like reading as much as spelling, and anyone who half-remembers the endings of famous lines.

Tips
- Use your first guess to test common short words like the, is or not in likely places.
- Think about grammar: the ending must read naturally after the given start.
- Drop every grey word from your thinking at once; the bank shrinks quickly.
