CrowdCall (Zalize)
Answer five questions, then call how the crowd answered them.
Every day: Five questions a day, the same for everyone: give your own answer, then predict how other players answered, scored against the real spread of answers. New puzzle: Midnight UTC.

CrowdCall is a free daily guessing game from Zalize Daily Games about reading other people. Each day brings five questions; for each you give your own answer, then predict how the crowd answered, and the closer your call to the real split the more points you score. Your total is ranked against everyone who played that day.
About CrowdCall (Zalize)
CrowdCall asks five questions a day, such as naming a book genre, and plays each in two steps. First you give your own answer. Then you predict what other players said: for some questions that means yesterday's players, and for a fresh question the early crowd of the same day. The answers people gave are live data collected from the game itself, so there is no right answer, only the crowd's.
The prediction takes several forms. On some questions you split a set of chips across the options to match the share each one got. On others you call the crowd's median number, or guess its top answers in a few tries, scoring more the higher on the board your guess sits. Each question is worth up to 200 points.
Everyone gets the same questions each day, with a new round at midnight UTC. At the end you see what share of the day's players you out-called; percentiles appear once enough people have finished. Because the results are live, a missed day cannot be replayed. The interface is offered in ten languages while the questions are in English. CrowdCall needs no account and is one of the dailies on daily.zalize.com.
How to play CrowdCall (Zalize)
- Open CrowdCall and read the first of the day's five questions.
- Step 1: choose or enter your own answer and lock it.
- Step 2: predict how the crowd answered, by splitting chips across the options, calling the median, or naming the top answers.
- See how close your call was to the real spread and how many points it earned.
- Finish all five questions to see your total and what share of the day's players you out-called.
Tips
- Your own answer does not score; answer honestly so the crowd data stays useful, then think about everyone else.
- When splitting chips, spread some across the less likely options rather than putting everything on the favourite.
- Popular, obvious answers usually win more of the crowd than clever ones.
