VideoPuzzle
Unscramble a playing video cut into tiles, swapping and shifting pieces in as few moves as you can.
Every day: One numbered video puzzle a day, the same for everyone, scrambled into tiles. New puzzle: Once a day.

VideoPuzzle cuts a short looping video into a grid of tiles and scrambles them. You drag tiles to swap them and tap arrows to shift every tile in one direction, until the moving picture is whole again. Fewer moves earn more stars, and there is one numbered daily puzzle plus an archive.
About VideoPuzzle
VideoPuzzle is a browser tile puzzle with a twist: the picture you are putting back together is moving. Each puzzle is a short video clip, such as a city skyline, clouds or an animal, split into a grid of tiles that all keep playing while they are scrambled.
You have two moves. Dragging one tile onto another swaps their positions, and tapping one of the arrows shifts every tile one step in that direction. The motion in the video helps: following a moving car or a drifting cloud across tiles tells you which pieces sit next to each other.
Scoring is by moves, with stars for finishing within set limits such as 20 or 30 moves. There is a new numbered puzzle every day for everyone, with a streak and a daily leaderboard, and the archive lets you play any earlier puzzle or a random one. Sharing your result gives a grid of how many moves each tile took to find its place.
It suits players who like jigsaws and sliding puzzles but want something quicker and a little different.
How to play VideoPuzzle
- Open VideoPuzzle and choose Play Daily.
- Watch the scrambled tiles and look for movement that continues across them.
- Drag a tile onto another to swap their places.
- Tap an arrow to shift all tiles one step in that direction when the whole picture is offset.
- Finish the video in as few moves as you can to earn stars.
Tips
- Use motion: things moving in the clip show which tiles belong side by side.
- Check whether the whole image is just shifted before swapping; one arrow move can fix many tiles.
- Place the corners and edges first, as with a jigsaw.
