Puzzle Time is a puzzle-page app from Karma Games, a British maker of word and number apps. Its home screen is a monthly calendar: each date is a circle you fill in as you play, and under it sit that day's puzzles, Today's Puzzles in four kinds, each with an easy and a hard version.

The four are WhatWord, Karma's Wordle-style word game for fans of Wordle and Lingo; a classic word search with themed lists; a crossword in the British style; and a sudoku. All are in English. Unlimited hints are available for the crossword, word search and sudoku, and the app plays offline.

Beyond the dailies, the app sells puzzle packs (10,000-plus puzzles, such as a Mega Wordle Pack) and an annual or monthly subscription for endless puzzles. The free app shows ads. It has a 4.2 rating from about 700 reviews and more than 50,000 downloads on Google Play.
