Flow (Tages-Anzeiger)
Join the numbers in order with one path that fills the whole grid, a new board every day.
Every day: One Flow grid a day for every reader: draw a single path that visits the numbered dots in order and fills every square. New puzzle: Daily.

Flow is a daily path puzzle in the games section of the Swiss newspaper Tages-Anzeiger. You draw one continuous line that passes through the numbered dots in order, starting at 1, and the path must cover every square of the grid. It is free to play and takes a minute or two.
About Flow (Tages-Anzeiger)
Tages-Anzeiger, the Zurich daily, has a growing games section with puzzles such as Mosaik, Bimaru, Sudoku, a crossword, Wortsuche and a news quiz. Flow is its quick path puzzle, in the same family as LinkedIn's Zip.
The board is a small square grid with a handful of numbered dots. Starting from 1, you trace a path from cell to neighbouring cell, reaching 2, then 3 and so on up to the last number, and the route must pass through every cell exactly once. Nothing may be left empty, which is what makes the puzzle: the order of the numbers is easy, covering the whole board without trapping yourself is not.
There is one Flow board a day for all readers, playable in the browser without a subscription. The section also has an app with the same games.
It suits German-speaking readers, and anyone else, who want a short spatial puzzle to go with the morning news.
How to play Flow (Tages-Anzeiger)
- Open Flow in the Tages-Anzeiger games section.
- Start at the dot numbered 1.

Tips
- Look at corners and edges first, they have few ways in and out.
- Check that your path does not cut off a region that can no longer be reached.
- Work backwards from the last number if the start is unclear.
