VLR Guessr is a VALORANT blind test. Its Daily Mode plays five ability sounds each day, and you name the agent and the ability behind each. Other modes test voicelines, map themes, footsteps and ace sounds, and a Training Mode lets you browse every sound.
About VLR Guessr
VLR Guessr, made by Dyrudis, is built for VALORANT players who know the game by ear. The Daily Mode plays five ability sounds a day: for each you find the agent and the ability, scoring 100 points for both and 25 for the right agent with the wrong ability. Its other modes widen the test. Ability asks you to find the agent and the ability from the sound it makes. Voiceline asks which agent is speaking. Map Theme plays a map's music and asks which map it is. Footsteps asks you to tell agents apart by how they sound when they move, and Ace asks which skin bundle the ace sound comes from.
It is a useful skill in the game itself, where recognising an ability or a set of footsteps tells you what is happening around a corner. The daily set is new every day, and Training Mode lets you browse and practise all the sounds without limits.
The site was made under Riot Games' Legal Jibber Jabber policy for fan projects, using Riot's assets, and is not endorsed by Riot Games. It is free in the browser.
How to play VLR Guessr
- Open VLR Guessr and choose Daily Mode.
- Play the first sound and listen closely; replay it if you need to.
- Search for the agent and pick the ability you think made the sound.
- Go through all five of the day's sounds and see your score.
- Use Training Mode or the other modes to practise voicelines, map themes, footsteps and ace sounds.

Tips
- Play the sound more than once before answering; short ability sounds are easy to mishear.
- For footsteps, listen for weight and rhythm rather than volume.
- Map themes play in the lobby and loading screens, so think about where you have heard them.
- Ace sounds come from premium skin bundles; practise them in Training Mode if you do not own many skins.

How many sounds are in the daily challenge?
Five ability sounds. Each scores 100 points if you name the agent and the ability, and 25 if you get only the agent.
When does the daily challenge reset?
At midnight UTC. After you finish, the page counts down to the next challenge.
Is VLR Guessr official?
No. It is a fan project made under Riot Games' Legal Jibber Jabber policy and is not endorsed by Riot.
