BazaarDoku is the daily grid puzzle on Bazaar DB, the database site for the card battler The Bazaar. Each day's numbered grid has three row and three column clues, such as an item tag, a size or a word in the tooltip, and you fill the nine boxes with items or skills that fit both, in ten guesses. Random grids are there for more practice.

About Bazaar Doku

BazaarDoku brings the 3x3 grid format of games like Pokedoku to The Bazaar, the auto-battler card game, and sits inside Bazaar DB, a fan database of the game's items, skills, merchants and monsters. Each day there is one numbered grid, the same for every player.

The clues run along the top and down the side. Some are tags such as Tech or Charge, some are sizes such as Medium, and some ask for a word or phrase in the card's tooltip, such as "leftmost" or "this item". Every box needs an item or skill that fits both its row and its column. There are at least two possible answers per box, each answer can be used only once, and you have ten guesses for the nine boxes. Tag clues also accept cards whose text contains the clue.

Your progress on the daily is saved, and a countdown shows when the next grid comes. A New random puzzle button gives endless extra grids that are not saved. The site is free and carries NitroPay ads around the page, none over the board, and supporters can remove them.

It suits players of The Bazaar who know their item pool and want a daily test of it.

How to play Bazaar Doku

Read the three clues across the top and the three down the side.
Click a box and search for an item or skill from The Bazaar that fits both its row and column.
Fill all nine boxes; each answer can be used only once and you have ten guesses.
Give up or finish to see the answers, then try a random puzzle if you want more.

Tips

Start with the most restrictive pairing, such as a size plus a rare tag, before the easy boxes use up the answers you need.
Tooltip clues accept any card whose text includes the phrase, so think beyond the obvious item.
Keep the Bazaar DB search open in another tab to check tags and tooltips while you play.
