Catdle is a fan-made daily guessing game for The Battle Cats. Each guess shows how your unit compares with the day's answer on rarity, form, traits, attack type, abilities, standing range, speed, cost and release version, and a hint about where the unit comes from opens after five tries.
About Battle Cats Catdle
Catdle takes the dle formula to The Battle Cats. The pool is the English version's cat units, including special event units such as Trash Cat, while collab units and egg units are left out. A unit can be the answer in a particular form, so Normal, Evolved, True and Ultra forms all count as separate answers.
Every guess fills a row of boxes: rarity, form, traits, attack types, abilities, standing range, speed, cost and the version the unit came out in. Numbers get single or double arrows depending on how far off they are, for example more than 150 range or 15 speed counts as way off. After five wrong guesses a hint tells you where the unit comes from, such as a gacha banner or a stage.
Alongside the daily unit there is an Endless mode for practice and a Custom mode where a host picks the answer and an audience guesses together, which suits streams and Discord servers. The site shows yesterday's answer, keeps a changelog and is updated with each game version: it launched on 28 January 2026 and was brought up to version 15.6 in September 2026. It is free, needs no account and has no ads.
On a phone the board keeps the same columns and scrolls sideways, so all nine clues stay readable. It suits Battle Cats players who know their units' stats and forms, and anyone who already plays LoLdle-style guessing games for other titles.
How to play Battle Cats Catdle
- Type the name of a cat unit and pick the right form from the list.
- Read the row of boxes: green is an exact match, other colours and arrows show how close you are.
- Use the arrows on range, speed, cost and version to move up or down.
- After five guesses, open the hint to see the unit's source.
- Keep guessing until you find the day's unit, then share your result.

Tips
- Forms change cost, range and sometimes abilities, so a near miss may be the right cat in another form.
- Version is a quick way to split old units from new ones early in the game.
- Collab units and eggs are not in the pool, so you can skip them.
- Yesterday's answer is shown under the board, so a unit you missed is easy to look up afterwards.
