Right Again Trivia Sports from AARP

Right Again! Trivia Sports is the sports edition of AARP's daily trivia game. Each day brings four rounds of four multiple-choice questions, worth more as the rounds get harder, and a Final Q picture that is revealed as you answer. It is free to play at AARP Games, with extra PowerUps and a longer archive for AARP members.

About Right Again! Trivia Sports

Right Again! Trivia is AARP's daily quiz, written with players over 50 in mind and described by AARP as part trivia, part puzzle. The Sports edition uses the same game with sports questions, ranging from football and basketball to wrestling and tennis.

A game has four rounds of four questions. Each round is harder than the one before and worth more points, up to 400 per question in Round 4. Once the multiple-choice answers appear you have 30 seconds to choose. The game board fills from left to right, starting with the box highlighted in gold, and every correct answer uncovers part of a hidden image. That image is the Final Q at the end of the game; after Rounds 2 and 3 you can try it early for extra points.

PowerUps change the scoring. In Rounds 1 to 4 you can use each one once per game: a Two Tries PowerUp for a second chance, a SweetSpot PowerUp worth 200 extra points, and a multiplier for logged-in AARP members. AARP Rewards participants can spend Rewards points on extra PowerUps for the Brain Q, a question about brain health, and the Final Q, and they earn Rewards points for finishing a game.

There is a new game every day. If you miss one you can go back up to seven days, or 14 days for AARP members, and you can replay a game, though only your first score counts on the leaderboard. Logging in to AARP.org saves your score.

How to play Right Again! Trivia Sports

  1. Open Right Again! Trivia Sports at AARP Games, log in if you want your score saved, and pick today's game.
  2. Start with the box highlighted in gold; the game moves through the board from left to right.
  3. Read each question, choose a PowerUp if you want one, then pick an answer within 30 seconds.
  4. After Rounds 2 and 3, try the Final Q early for extra points if you can name the hidden image.
  5. Finish with the Brain Q and the Final Q, then submit your score to the leaderboard.

Tips

  • Save the strongest points PowerUp for Round 4, where each question is worth the most.
  • Watch the hidden image as it is uncovered: answering the Final Q early after Round 2 is worth the most points.
  • Each PowerUp can be used only once per game, so keep Two Tries for a question you are unsure about.
  • Play your first attempt carefully: you can replay a game, but only the first score counts on the leaderboard.
