Genshindle

Genshindle is a fan-made guessing game built on HoYoverse's games. Genshin Impact is the main set, and tabs at the top of the page open matching sets for Honkai Star Rail and Zenless Zone Zero. It is not official.

The main mode hides one character behind a chibi question card. You type a name, pick it from the list and the game lays it out in a row beside its portrait: talent book, region, vision, weapon type and release version, each tile red or green, with arrows on the version to say whether the answer came out earlier or later. Five rows is all you get. The Star Rail set swaps the columns for weekly boss, world or faction, combat type, path and version.

Beside the character guess run three more dailies on the same roster. Quote plays a voice line to trace to its speaker, with a choice of English, Japanese, Chinese or Korean voice actors. Ability shows a skill icon, and Emojis describes a character in a short row of emoji. Star Rail has the same four modes. Zenless Zone Zero has the character guess so far, with more modes marked as coming soon. Every daily is the same for all players, the page counts down to the next one at midnight UTC and shows yesterday's answer under the input.

Each mode also has an endless version that hands out fresh puzzles one after another. Win streaks are kept in your browser and the game is updated as new characters arrive in the source games (version 3.4 added Gilgamesh, Rin Tohsaka and Silver Wolf LV.999 among others). It is free and carries banner ads. It suits players who know these rosters well enough to place a character by region and weapon.
