Draft
Rate itSort sixteen NFL players into four hidden groups, then set a fantasy lineup that beats the House.
Every day: Two numbered daily NFL games, the same for everyone: Four Downs (Round 97 on 7 Oct 2026), sixteen players to sort into four hidden groups of four, and Start/Sit, a fantasy lineup from one week of a past season to set against the House. New puzzle: Midnight, local time.

Draft is a small NFL site with two daily games. Four Downs gives sixteen players to sort into four hidden groups of four, with four wrong guesses allowed and a clock running. Start/Sit hands you a roster from one week of a real past season and asks which seven to start to outscore the House.
About Draft
Draft puts two daily NFL games behind one menu bar, Four Downs and Start/Sit, each numbered by day and the same for every player.
Four Downs works like Connections with football players. Sixteen names fill a four by four board, and they hide four groups of four, such as players who caught 100 passes in a season, wide receivers for one club, or members of one family. You pick four and submit. Every wrong guess costs one of your four downs, and losing all four is a turnover. Groups run from 1st and Easy to 4th and Goal, and the game tells you when you are one away. A clock runs, your time is what you share, and solving without a wrong guess earns a Clean Game badge.
Start/Sit gives you a twelve-man roster from one week of a real NFL season, two quarterbacks, four running backs, four wide receivers and two tight ends, with each player's recent games and matchup. The House starts the players with the best season averages; you choose your own seven. Your starters' fantasy points are added up at half point per reception, and beating the House's total wins the day, while keeping his lineup gives a push. Calls where you started someone the House did not are counted on your record.
Both games are free in the browser with no account. Four Downs also has a practice mode and a weekly featured puzzle on a theme, and a Locker Room page keeps your streaks and records.
How to play Draft
- Open Draft and choose Four Downs or Start/Sit from the bar at the top.
- In Four Downs, tap four players you think share a connection and press Submit.
- A right group locks in; a wrong one costs a down, and four wrong guesses end the game.
- In Start/Sit, look over the roster's recent scores and matchups and pick your seven starters.
- Compare your fantasy total with the House's, then share your time or result and come back the next day.

Tips
- In Four Downs, look for the trap: a player who seems to fit a team group may belong to a record or draft group instead.
- Find the 1st and Easy group first, often a family or one club's position group, to shrink the board.
- In Start/Sit, the House goes by season average, so a player with a soft matchup and strong recent games is where a different call can win.
- Use Shuffle when the board's layout keeps pulling you towards the same wrong four.
Questions
Is Four Downs the same puzzle for everyone?

How many mistakes can I make in Four Downs?

What is the House in Start/Sit?
