About Which Year
Which Year is a daily photo dating game. Each day's challenge is a set of five photographs of everyday scenes, events, fashion and technology. For each one you choose a year on a timeline slider that runs from 1850 to 2025, or type it in.
Points depend on how far your guess is from the real year, with the top score for an exact hit. If you are stuck you can reveal a single digit of the correct year; each digit can only be revealed once per game, so choose which one helps most. When the set is done you see your score and average error and can compare with other players.
The site keeps your history and stats in your browser, and you can go back and play earlier daily challenges.
