Kimetsudle

Kimetsudle is the Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba version of the LoLdle formula, a fan project its page says the trademark holders do not endorse. Every day there is one hidden character, the same for every player, and it changes at midnight in your own time zone. The answer comes from a list of 36 characters picked by day of year, so it repeats every 36 days. Under the board the game names yesterday's character.

You type any character from the anime and manga, pick them from the suggestions and send the guess. A row appears with their picture and properties: gender, race (human or demon), age band, hair colour, combat style, affiliation and the arc they first appear in. A green tile matches the hidden character and a red one does not, and arrows on ordered properties such as age and first arc point toward the answer. A Hashira, an Upper Rank demon or a fellow trainee from the Final Selection each cut the field down differently. After 10 guesses a quote hint unlocks, and after 15 a hint about the character's first appearance.

The page shows a streak counter and stats, and an advertisement banner sits under the name box. Beside the daily character the site has a Kimetsu Wordly word game, an Unlimited mode for extra rounds and a character database, and below the board it links to sister guessing games for Jujutsu Kaisen, Naruto, One Piece, Bleach, Attack on Titan and other series. It suits fans who know the Breathing styles and Blood Demon Arts of the wider cast. The layout works on a phone, where the columns scroll sideways.

The home page now greets players with a notice about a new design and a short ad before playing. Under the notice sits a sponsored ad, and PLAY NOW opens a full-screen ad. It closes with one tap and leaves the board ready.
