Dungleon
Rate itWordle with heroes, monsters and treasure, and secret rules for how dungeons are built.
on dungleon.com

Dungleon is a daily Wordle-like where the hidden answer is a dungeon: a row of five pixel-art pieces such as a knight, an archer, a bat or a chest. Guess the dungeon in six tries from green, yellow and red feedback, and learn over the days the secret rules that decide which pieces can sit where.
About Dungleon
Dungleon is a daily puzzle credited to lipedal, brunoruchiga and clementdussol, with German and Spanish versions by community translators. It can be played in English, Portuguese, German and Spanish.
Instead of a five-letter word, each day hides a dungeon made of five pieces: heroes, monsters and treasure drawn in pixel art. You build a guess from a keyboard of pieces. Pieces in the right spot turn green, pieces that are in the dungeon but somewhere else turn yellow, and pieces that are not in it turn red. A piece marked with a plus appears more than once. You have six guesses.
What sets it apart from a Wordle reskin is that dungeons follow secret rules. The game gives you the first few (every dungeon has at least one hero and one monster, some pieces only appear beside others, some only in one spot) and leaves the rest for you to work out; the community compares theories on the game's Discord. Some pieces bend the rules for others, and magic spells you find can remove wrong pieces or reveal a right one.
A Difficulty Crystal rewards a stricter game in which every green and yellow piece must be reused. Players who unlock the Gauntlet get a second daily challenge: three dungeons in a row, with one guess fewer on each floor and a piece shared by all three. It suits Wordle players who want deduction with a fantasy look and a long mystery to crack.
How to play Dungleon
- Open dungleon.com and close the how-to cards; today's numbered dungeon is hidden behind six empty rows.
- Pick five pieces from the keyboard of heroes, monsters and treasure and press Enter.
- Read the colours: green is the right piece in the right spot, yellow is in the dungeon but elsewhere, red is not there.
- Use the colours and the rules you have learned (at least one hero and one monster, some pieces tied to others or to one spot) to find the whole dungeon within six guesses.
- Once unlocked, press Switch to play the Gauntlet's three floors.

Tips
- Learn the secret rules over time: they limit which pieces can go where.
- Spend your first guess on pieces you have not tried, one hero and one monster at least.
- A piece with a plus sign appears more than once in the answer.
- Save a magic spell for the last guesses, when one removed or revealed piece decides the dungeon.
- For the Difficulty Crystal, reuse every green and yellow piece in later guesses.

Is it the same dungeon for everyone?
Yes. Each dungeon is numbered and shared by all players that day.
What languages are there?
English, Portuguese, German and Spanish, chosen in the settings.

Is there a colour-blind mode?
Yes. The settings switch the colours to orange, blue and grey, and results can be shared in those colours.
