on dragonballdle.app
Dragonballdle is a fan-made daily guessing game for the Dragon Ball series. You type a character's name and the game marks each attribute, from species to saga debut, as right, wrong or partly right. Use the clues to narrow it down to the one character everyone is hunting that day.
About Dragonballdle
Dragonballdle follows the pattern of LoLdle and the other character dles, with the cast of Dragon Ball, Dragon Ball Z, Dragon Ball GT and Dragon Ball Super. Its list runs from the main fighters such as Goku, Vegeta, Gohan and Piccolo to villains like Frieza, Cell and Majin Buu, gods like Beerus and Whis, and minor tournament characters.
Each guess fills a row with ten columns: the character, gender, species, origin, affiliation, transformation, attributes, deaths, series and saga debut. Each square turns green when that attribute matches the day's character, orange when it partly matches and red when it does not, and the deaths and saga debut squares point up or down toward the answer, so a Saiyan from Earth with a Super Saiyan form narrows things down fast. After seven tries a silhouette of the character can be revealed as an extra clue.
A new character is picked at midnight UTC and is the same for everyone. The game shows who yesterday's character was, and you can switch the game to German, Spanish, French, Italian, Portuguese, Japanese or Chinese from the flag at the top. A settings menu has a colorblind mode, and the game keeps your streak and best streak in the browser and lets you share your result. It is free, needs no account and shows no ads; the one banner below the board promotes the maker's own calorie-counting app.
