Anidle Daily on a desktop after one guess: Naruto in the history row with red and green clue chips, and the Mystery Anime row narrowed to year 2003-9999, 1-219 episodes and a 0-79 score

Anidle is a daily anime guessing game. You search for a title, and each guess uncovers more about the mystery anime: its top tags, its genres and a range for its score. The daily answer is the same for everyone, and an Unlimited mode lets you keep playing, with AniList account support.

About Anidle

Anidle is a daily browser game about naming a hidden anime. Each day everyone gets the same mystery title, shown as a row of locked clues: a cover image, the year, the season, the episode count, the score, the studios, the genres and the tags.

You search for an anime and submit it as a guess. Each guess goes into a history table with that show's details: arrows on the year, episodes and score tell you whether the answer is higher or lower, and studios, genres and tags it shares with the answer turn green. The mystery row narrows with every guess, so after one guess the year might read 2003-9999 and the score 0-79. Tags carry AniList's relevance figure (Ninja-97), and a Reveal Tags button opens the tag clues when you are stuck. You have as many guesses as you need.

The game is made by Ayden Offenloch and draws its data from AniList. You can sign in with Google to track your daily solves and streak, but a Maybe later option lets you play without an account. An Unlimited mode deals fresh rounds when you want more than the one a day, and it can use your AniList account.

It suits anime fans who know their studios, seasons and genres and want a short daily deduction rather than a title named from a single screenshot.

How to play Anidle

  1. Open Anidle and look at the row of hidden clues for the day's mystery anime: image, year, season, episodes, score, studios, genres and tags.
  2. Tap the Search anime box, pick a title from the list and press Guess.
  3. Read the guess in the history table: arrows show whether the year, episodes and score of the answer are higher or lower, and shared studios, genres and tags turn green.
  4. Watch the mystery row narrow its ranges and fill in matched genres and tags, and press Reveal Tags if you need more help.
  5. Keep guessing until you name the day's anime, then try Unlimited mode for more.

Tips

  • Start with a show you know well so its year, score and studios set clear bounds for the ranges.
  • Watch the genres and tags that match: they point you toward the right kind of show faster than the numbers.
  • Sign in only if you want a streak; Maybe later lets you play straight away.

Questions

Is the daily answer the same for everyone?

Yes. There is one mystery anime per day, shared by all players, and the game keys it to the date in New York, so it changes at midnight US Eastern Time.

Do I need an account?

No. You can tap Maybe later and play without signing in; a Google sign-in only adds streak and solve tracking.

Where does the anime data come from?

From AniList, which supplies the years, seasons, episode counts, scores, studios, genres and tags used as clues.

Can I play more than once a day?

Yes. An Unlimited mode deals fresh puzzles beyond the daily one.
