PlayVexle Daily #57 for 27 October 2026: the country name Cuba over a blank drawing canvas, with brush, fill, rectangle and shape tools, a row of colours and a hint button

PlayVexle is a daily flag drawing game. You get a country's name and a blank canvas with brush, fill and shape tools, draw its flag from memory, then reveal the real one and get a percentage score. Colour counts for most of it, so flat blocks in the right place score well. A second daily, Build, has you rebuild a flag's bands in six guesses with no drawing.

About PlayVexle

PlayVexle gives you no picture to copy. The daily challenge names a country, and you draw its flag on a blank canvas using brush, fill, rectangle, circle, line and star tools, with an eraser and undo. When you press Reveal and Score, your drawing is compared with the real flag, shown side by side with yours, and a difference overlay marks the parts you missed.

The score has three parts. Colour is 70 percent: each part of the flag is matched to the closest colour of the real one, so a slightly different blue is fine but blue where red belongs is not. Layout is 20 percent, with a little slack at the edges. Detail, the emblems, stars and crests, is only 10 percent on purpose, so the scoring is forgiving: a canvas filled with plain blue for Nauru, with no stripe or star, still scored 87 percent. Up to three outline hints trace the flag's shapes without showing colours; simple flags get fewer.

A new flag comes at midnight UTC, the same for everyone, and the schedule is set so that look-alike flags never fall on consecutive days. The daily Build puzzle, new at the same hour, is for players who know a flag but cannot draw it: pick a layout of two or three bands, then a colour for each, and the marks on each guess narrow it down over six tries.

Practice with any of 194 flags, an endless Infinite run, Memory Flash (see the flag for a moment, then draw it), a ten-question flag quiz and an archive of past dailies are there for more play, along with drawing guides for every flag and side-by-side pages for pairs people mix up. Progress and the streak stay in the browser with no account, and the site shows no ads. This is a separate game from Vexle at vexle.org, with its own daily flag, numbering, tools and scoring.

How to play PlayVexle

  1. Open playvexle.com; the daily flag is the first page.
  2. Read the country name; there is no reference picture.
  3. Draw the flag with the brush, fill and shape tools, filling flat blocks of colour.
  4. Use an outline hint if you need one; a simple flag gets fewer.
  5. Press Reveal and Score to see the real flag beside yours and your percentage for colour, layout and detail.
  6. For the daily Build, pick a layout and a colour for each band, then use the marks on each guess to solve it within six.

Tips

  • Get the colours and their order right before worrying about straight stripes.
  • Fill flat blocks rather than shading; colour is 70 percent of the score.
  • Draw emblems last; they are worth the least.
  • Use the fill tool on the whole canvas first with the flag's main colour, then add stripes on top.

Questions

When does the PlayVexle flag change?

At midnight UTC, the same flag for everyone. The daily Build puzzle changes at the same time.

How is the drawing scored?

Colour 70 percent, layout 20 percent and detail 10 percent, compared with the real flag.

Can I play past days?

Yes. The archive lists every past daily flag; playing one leaves your streak alone.

Does PlayVexle have ads or need an account?

No. The page carries no ads, and progress is kept in your browser with no sign-up.

Is PlayVexle the same as Vexle?

No. Vexle at vexle.org is a separate flag game with its own daily draw and build challenges.
