Spiredle at spiredle.com picks one card from the original Slay the Spire each day. You name cards, and each guess is compared with the answer on rarity, type, energy cost, character and keywords, with six guesses to get it.

About Spiredle (spiredle.com)

Spiredle is a small single-mode -dle for Slay the Spire card fans. The pool covers the cards of the first game, from the Ironclad, Silent, Defect and Watcher to colourless cards, statuses and curses. Each day one of them is the secret card.

You type a card name and the game lays out its name, rarity, type, cost, character or colour and keywords next to the answer. Each field is marked correct, wrong or partly correct: cost and keywords can be partial matches, for example when two cards share some but not all keywords. A health bar counts your six guesses, and running out ends with the game telling you that you are slain.

When you finish, you can copy a grid of coloured squares to share. It is free in the browser, with no account. Note that spiredle.net is a different game, built around Slay the Spire 2 with several modes.

How to play Spiredle (spiredle.com)

Type the name of any Slay the Spire card and submit it.
Compare its rarity, type, cost, character and keywords with the answer: green is correct, orange is partly correct, red is wrong.
Use what you learn to pick the next card; you have six guesses.
Share your result grid, then come back the next day for a new card.

Tips

Open with a card whose character and type split the pool, such as a common Skill.
Settle the character first: it cuts the pool by about a quarter at once.
Keywords such as Exhaust, Ethereal or Retain narrow things down quickly once you have a partial match.
Remember that statuses and curses are in the pool too.
