Guesspedia daily for 30 October 2026, question 1 of 3 (Normal): four timed clues about a Southeast Asian country above six flags, Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos, Thailand, Myanmar and China

Guesspedia is a country quiz where facts about a mystery country appear every few seconds, from hard to easy, and you answer by picking its flag from a set of four to eight. The Daily mode gives everyone the same three countries each day, with a streak, a shareable result and an online ranking.

About Guesspedia

Guesspedia is a free browser quiz by LUMICROFT, playable in English, Japanese or Simplified Chinese on its own site or on itch.io. Each question is a mystery country described in short, Wikipedia-style facts: its people, food, history, landscape and so on.

The clues arrive one at a time, every four seconds, up to six, starting with the hardest and ending with the giveaway. Your points for the question drain as time passes and hints appear, so the faster you tap the right flag, the more you score. Each question carries its own difficulty tag. An Easy one offers four flags, a Normal one six and the harder tiers eight, often neighbours with look-alike flags. After you answer, a world map highlights the country and shows one more fact about it.

The Daily mode serves three countries, drawn from the bank of 228 questions with the date as the seed, so every player gets the same set. On 30 October 2026 the first was a Normal question about Vietnam, with Cambodia, Laos, Thailand, Myanmar and China among the flags. When you finish you can copy a Wordle-style result and, if you choose to enter a name, see where you stand on that day's online ranking. A countdown shows the time to the next daily.

Beyond the daily there is a By Difficulty mode from Easy to Master, a Random five-question round and an Endless mode that runs until you lose three lives, with a weekly ranking. A country collection and a records screen keep track of what you have found. Flags come from the public-domain flagpedia.net. It suits geography fans who like a short quiz with a clock running.

  5. Share your result, and enter a name if you want a place on the day's ranking.

Tips

  • Points fall with every second and every clue, so answer as soon as you are fairly sure.
  • Look at the flags early. They often rule out most of the world before the clues do.
  • The first clues are deliberately obscure. Details about food, history or population mix are easier to pin down than landscape.
