Blackjack Smack at phone size on hand 6 of 21: the player's 20 beats the dealer, a You Win box shows a £200 return, with bet buttons and a £700 balance

Blackjack Smack is a free play-money blackjack game with a daily challenge. Once a day you get 21 hands and a £1,000 stack, and the aim is to end with as much as you can; the best totals go on the day's leaderboard. A dealer who mocks your choices supplies the commentary. No real money is involved.

About Blackjack Smack

Blackjack Smack is a free play-money blackjack game in the browser built around one Daily Challenge. Everyone gets the same seeded deck for the day, a £1,000 stack and 21 hands to play, and the goal is to finish with as much money as possible. The twist is the dealer: a voiced character who mocks your decisions as you play, so the site suggests turning the sound on.

A day's challenge plays like a normal table. You place a bet, take your two cards and choose to hit, stand, double down or split. The house rules are listed in the game: blackjack pays 3:2, the dealer stands on any 17, a tie returns your bet, you can split only once, a 21 on a split hand does not count as blackjack, and you can double after splitting except on aces. After the 21st hand (or when your money runs out) your final stack is your score.

Scores go on a daily leaderboard, with weekly and all-time tables as well, and there are achievements for things like playing all seven daily challenges in a week. You can play as a guest; a free account lets you pick a leaderboard name and keep your progress. An optional one-time purchase unlocks an endless Practice Mode, extra dealer commentary and a VIP badge. No real money is ever wagered or won.

It suits people who enjoy blackjack strategy but want a fair daily comparison: because the deck is the same for everyone, the leaderboard shows who played the same cards best, not who got luckier shuffles.

How to play Blackjack Smack

  1. Open blackjacksmack.com and start the Daily Challenge (sound on if you want the dealer's commentary).
  2. Set your bet for the hand from your £1,000 stack.
  3. Hit, stand, double down or split based on your cards and the dealer's up card.
  4. Repeat for 21 hands, managing your bet sizes as your stack rises or falls.
  5. See your final stack, your place on the daily leaderboard, and share the result.

Tips

  • Learn basic blackjack strategy (when to hit, stand, double and split); it cuts the house edge on every hand.
  • Remember you can split only once and double after a split except on aces, so plan pairs accordingly.
  • Everyone starts from the same deck, so bet sizing decides much of the leaderboard: think about when a big bet is worth the risk.
