Fifteen letters, three words, one day: build the highest score you can.

Play WODRS

on wodrs.gargy.top

Today's WODRS board on desktop: three empty word rows above a rack of fifteen letter tiles, I H C E S S V R T K E H A L S, each with its point value

WODRS gives you fifteen lettered tiles a day, each with its own point value. You drag them into up to three words, valid words score automatically, and words of seven or more letters count double. The aim is the best possible total, with 100 points as the target the site calls the Century Score.

About WODRS

WODRS spells out its idea in its description: with 15 letters, find 3 words in 1 day and get the highest possible score. The day's tiles sit in a tray at the bottom of the screen, each showing its letter and a small number for its value. Common letters such as E and I are worth one or two points, rarer ones such as P, F and M six or seven. The values change daily, based on how often letters appear in the language.

You drag and drop tiles onto three rows to build words. A valid word scores its letter values automatically, and any word of seven or more letters doubles, so one long word can be worth more than several short ones. You do not have to use every tile. Your best score for the day is kept, and you can rearrange as often as you like before sharing it.

The game shows the day's maximum alongside your best and current score, and a statistics screen tracks your results. A new set of letters arrives every midnight, counted by the clock of your own device. A flag in the corner switches the game between English and Greek, each with its own dictionary, letters and saved scores, and you can switch between a dark and a light theme and two tile styles.

WODRS is a small free web game credited to gargy. It needs no account and works in a phone browser as well as on a desktop, where the rack wraps onto several lines on a narrow screen. It suits players who like Scrabble-style scoring more than guessing a hidden word.

How to play WODRS

  1. Open wodrs.gargy.top and look at the day's fifteen letters and their values.
  2. Drag letters onto one of the three rows to build a word.
  3. Valid words score automatically from their letter values; words of seven letters or more score double.
  4. Rearrange the words to raise your total, using up to three words.
  5. Share your best score; a new set arrives at midnight.

Tips

  • Aim for one word of seven letters or more: the double score usually beats anything else.
  • Build around the high-value letters such as P, F and M.
  • Leave low-value leftovers out rather than forcing a weak third word.
  • Try plurals and common suffixes to stretch a word past seven letters.
