Throttle

Throttle brings the attribute-guessing format to cars. Each guess is a specific model, and seven columns come back: model, make, origin, body, era, horsepower and engine. Make is green for the exact maker and yellow for one from the same country. Origin is yellow for the same region (Asia, the Americas or Europe) but a different country. Era is yellow within one decade, with an arrow toward the answer. Horsepower is shown in bands of ten, yellow within 50 hp, with arrows for higher or lower. Body style and engine are simply right or wrong.

The daily car changes at midnight Eastern Standard Time and is the same for everyone; the footer numbers it (Daily #663 on 25 October 2026, counted from 1 January 2025). The game's code draws it by the date from its list of 853 cars, most often from the better-known models, so a car can return after a while. If you are stuck, a Hint button reveals one attribute of the answer. After the daily you can keep going in unlimited mode, which uses the full list, and share your result as an emoji grid. Signing in with Google or email keeps your streak and stats across devices, and you can set a racer name and an accent colour.

It suits car fans who can tell a hot hatch from a muscle car by the numbers.
