Today's LINKR board on 19 October 2026: a hexagon of triangles with seven coloured pairs of numbered dots, 1 to 7, and the timer and stars beside it

LINKR is a free browser puzzle with three new boards every day. Each board is a mesh of points, often a hexagon of triangles, with a few numbered pairs, and you draw a path between each pair along the lines so that the paths never meet and every point ends up on one of them. A timer, a star rating and your times against other players bring you back.

About LINKR

LINKR is a daily path-drawing puzzle in the Numberlink family. Each board is a mesh of points joined by lines, and some points carry numbers, each number appearing twice. The goal is to link every pair with its own coloured path, running only along the lines, so that no two paths share a point and no point is left over. Every puzzle has one solution.

There are three puzzles each day, and everyone gets the same set. The new set arrives at midnight by your own clock. A timer runs while you solve, and the game shows your times for the day next to the average of other players.

You play by dragging from one numbered point toward its partner, point by point. Paths can bend as much as needed, and you can pull a path back to reroute it when it blocks another pair. If you get stuck, a helper mode shows which links you have already made correctly and stays on until the board is solved.

What sets LINKR apart from Flow Free style games is the board. Many days use a hexagon of triangles rather than a square grid, so each point has up to six neighbours and paths can turn in more ways. It suits players who want a short, fixed set of linking puzzles each day instead of endless packs. It runs in the browser with no account and no ads, and its screens can be switched to English, Spanish, French or Chinese.

How to play LINKR

  1. Open playlinkr.net and close the short how-to card to see today's first board.
  2. Find a numbered point and drag along the lines toward the other point with the same number.
  3. Repeat for every pair, keeping paths from crossing or sharing a point.
  4. Pull back or redraw a path when it blocks another pair, until every point belongs to a path.
  5. Move on to the next board and finish all three, then compare your times with other players.

Tips

  • Pairs near the edges and corners usually have only one sensible route, so draw those first.
  • On a triangle mesh a point has up to six neighbours, so look for points that are left with only one or two free ones.
  • If a region is cut off with no numbers in it, an earlier path needs to move.
  • Turn on the helper mode when stuck: it shows which links are already right without solving the board for you.

Questions

How many puzzles are there each day?

Three, and they are the same for every player that day.

When do new LINKR puzzles come out?

At midnight in your own time zone: the game counts days by your device's date.

Is LINKR free?

Yes. It plays in the browser with no account and shows no ads.

Do I have to fill every point?

Yes. A board is only solved when every pair is joined and no point is left empty.

Is there a hint?

Yes. The helper mode marks which of your links are correct and stays on until the board is solved.
