Fly Corp in play: a map of Europe with flight routes between cities, a money counter and a goal timer for Libya

Fly Corp is a transport strategy game in which you open routes between real cities, buy and upgrade planes and grow airport capacity while passengers pile up. Alongside its world campaign, challenges and a scenario editor it has a daily scenario: a new one each day, the same for everyone, with a leaderboard to climb.

About Fly Corp

Fly Corp, by KishMish Games, left early access on Steam in May 2023 after a demo in 2021. You build a passenger network on maps of real countries and regions: connect cities with routes, assign and upgrade planes, expand airports and keep up as demand grows. Cities carry their real populations, every passenger has a destination and changes planes when there is no direct route, and a single overloaded airport ends the run. Random events such as investments, disasters closing a territory or a passenger suing over spilled coffee change the situation mid-game.

The Steam page describes the daily scenarios: each day meets you with a new scenario, and you need to hurry to take a place on the leaderboard. The scenarios are numbered and come from a pool the developers maintain; the May 2026 update (1.13), for example, reworked daily scenarios 42, 53, 63, 72 and 75 after player reports. Beside the daily there are the Discover the World mode, where a new territory must be unlocked every six minutes, fixed challenges, free play and thousands of player-made scenarios from the editor.

The game is still updated: the American Dream expansion came in February 2025, the Delivery expansion in February 2026 and new Delivery scenarios in July 2026. It is a paid game on Windows and macOS, and it is also on PlayStation, Xbox and Switch. A free mobile edition, Fly Corp: Airline Manager, published by Azur Games with in-app purchases, has daily scenarios too.

It suits players of Mini Metro and other network-building games who want one scored challenge a day on a map of the real world.

Tips

  • Build hub airports early; spokes from a hub are cheaper to run than many direct routes.
  • Watch for cities turning orange or red; overcrowding ends runs.
  • Save money for upgrades before demand spikes rather than spending it all at once.
  • Check the scenario goal before starting; daily scenarios vary in what they reward.

Questions

Is the daily scenario the same for everyone?

Is it free?

On Steam and consoles it is a paid game, with paid expansions. The mobile edition, Fly Corp: Airline Manager, is free with in-app purchases.

Which systems does it run on?

Windows and macOS through Steam, PlayStation 4 and 5, Xbox One and Series X|S, Nintendo Switch, and iPhone, iPad and Android in its mobile edition.

Do the daily scenarios repeat?

The developers have said the pool of daily scenarios is not endless, so a scenario can come back after a while; they keep revising scenarios in updates.
