falloutdle is a free fan-made daily guessing game for the Fallout series. Each day every mode has one subject for everyone: guess the dweller, hero or villain, identify the Wasteland creature, unmask the subject of a redacted file and name a portrait hidden in shadow.
About falloutdle
falloutdle brings the multi-mode daily formula of games like Loldle to Fallout, dressed in Vault-Tec green. Character asks for the dweller, hero or villain of the day, with each wrong guess narrowing the field. Creature is about the Wasteland's monsters, from ghouls to mutated wildlife. Dossier gives you a file with the name redacted and asks who it describes, and Silhouette shows a shadowed portrait that sharpens with every wrong guess.
Every mode has one answer a day, the same for every player, so results can be compared and shared, and stats and a streak keep track of your days. The site comes from the makers of finalfantasydle and residentevildle and works the same way.
It is an unofficial fan project and plays free in the browser.
How to play falloutdle
- Open falloutdle and choose a mode, starting with Character.
- Type a Fallout character's name and submit it.
- Use what each guess reveals to narrow down the day's answer.
- Move on to Creature, Dossier and Silhouette.
- Come back the next day for new subjects.
Tips
- In Dossier, the game, faction and location in the file rule out most of the cast.
- In Creature, think about which game and region a monster belongs to before guessing.
- A deliberate wrong guess in Silhouette can be worth the clearer portrait.
