Crossword Club share art: a crossword grid with ASKEW and FERMI pencilled in, beside the words CROSSWORD CLUB and a sharpened pencil

Crossword Club publishes one new crossword every day, dated and credited to its constructor, from a regular team that includes Kate Chin Park, Kelsey Dixon, Erica Hsiung Wojcik, Sam Mattson and Will Nediger. It is free and carries ads; members sign up with an email address and get each morning's puzzle in their inbox.

About Crossword Club

Crossword Club is a free daily crossword site whose motto is break a cerebral sweat. Each day gets its own dated puzzle page, such as Thursday, October 01, 2026 by Sam Mattson, and the bylines rotate among a small team of constructors: Kate Chin Park, Kelsey Dixon, Erica Hsiung Wojcik, Sam Mattson, Will Nediger and Ada Nicolle, among others.

The puzzles are American-style crosswords solved in the browser in the PuzzleMe player, which opens each day's grid with a Start card naming the date and its constructor (Monday, October 19, 2026 was by Kelsey Dixon). The home page asks you to activate a free account with your email address; there is no annual fee and no recurring payment. The site is paid for by ads: a large banner sits above the puzzle and another beside it on a desktop, and a banner sits above the grid on a phone. Members receive a new puzzle in their inbox every morning and hear first about bonus puzzles and new features.

Beyond today's grid, the All Puzzles archive lists every earlier day, a Top Puzzles page collects favourites, and a Themed Puzzles section groups puzzles by theme. Progress on the daily puzzles is kept separately from the Top Puzzles.

It suits solvers who want a full-size, human-made daily crossword without a subscription, delivered by email like a newspaper.
