About Yahoo IQ Trivia

Yahoo IQ Trivia is the daily quiz on Yahoo Games, made by Yahoo itself. A new quiz is published every day, with questions taken from the day's and week's news and from timeless trivia, so it works both as a news check and a general knowledge game.

Each question is multiple choice. Three power-ups change the odds: Hint gives a clue to the answer, Zap removes two wrong answers, and Double-Down raises the value of a question you feel sure about. A wrong answer ends the run unless you use a Lifesaver, which you can earn by watching an ad. If you fall short, the game simply invites you back the next day for a new quiz on that week's events.

It is free in the browser. It suits people who follow the news and want a quick daily test of how much stuck.
