on uphillgame.com

Uphill is a free daily trivia game with ten new questions a day. Every right answer pushes a pixel-art boulder one step up a hill, and where it stops is your score; near the top a wrong answer rolls it back. There are no ads and no sign-up.
About Uphill
Uphill turns a daily ten-question quiz into a climb. A little figure stands at the foot of a stepped hill with a boulder, and each question you get right pushes the boulder one step higher. The questions change kind as you climb: which came first, which is the longest, the odd one out, how many of a set fit a rule, two truths and a lie, putting cities in order from north to south, and what links four things. After each answer a short note explains it.
The twist is the slope. On the lower steps a wrong answer only means you do not move, but near the top the hill gets steep and a miss rolls the boulder back a step, so the last questions carry the most weight. Wherever the boulder ends up is your score for the day, which you can copy and share as a block. Each day also comes with a fact of the day.
Uphill is made by one person under the name PetriCore Labs, and the first daily hill went up on 23 September 2026. Every question is checked by hand, and players can send in their own. Sundays bring a special with extra questions. Past days are in an archive and can be played without touching your streak.
Beside the daily there is the Endless climb, where one wrong answer sends the boulder all the way down; free players get one run a day. Uphill+ is an optional one-off payment of 3.99 euros that adds unlimited endless climbs and lets you wear the hats, tops and boulders you earn. The daily, the archive and the streak stay free, with no ads and no account needed.
It is a quick, calm quiz for players who like a single short set a day, with a nod to Sisyphus in its look.
