Right Again Trivia is AARP's daily trivia game. Each day's game has four rounds of four multiple-choice questions, each round harder and worth more than the last, then a brain health question and a Final Q about a picture that is revealed with every correct answer. Anyone can play free; AARP members get extra PowerUps and two weeks of past games.
About Right Again! Trivia
Right Again Trivia is a general knowledge game on AARP's games site. A new game appears every day, and the game select screen lists recent days so you can catch up on ones you missed. Only your first play of a given game counts on the leaderboard, though you can replay it.
A game runs through four rounds of four multiple-choice questions, with 30 seconds to answer each once the choices appear. Later rounds are worth more. Behind the game board sits a hidden picture, and each correct answer uncovers part of it. After the four rounds come the Brain Q, a question on brain health from AARP's Staying Sharp programme, and the Final Q, which asks about the picture. At the end of Rounds 2 and 3 you can try the Final Q early for extra points, and a wrong early answer costs nothing.
PowerUps add a layer of strategy. Each can be used once a game: Two Tries gives a second chance, SweetSpot adds 200 points to a right answer, and logged-in AARP members get a triple points PowerUp. Members also get a short video bonus worth 300 points and access to the previous 14 days of games, and AARP Rewards participants can spend Rewards points on extra PowerUps for the last two questions and earn points for finishing.
The mix of quiz and picture puzzle makes it a slower, fuller daily session than a single question game, and it suits players who like scoring and leaderboards as much as the trivia itself.
How to play Right Again! Trivia
- Open Right Again Trivia at AARP Games and pick today's game from the game select screen.
- Read each question and choose one of the multiple-choice answers within 30 seconds.
- Decide on the question page whether to spend a PowerUp; each one works once per game.
- After Rounds 2 and 3, try the Final Q early if you can already name the picture behind the board.
- Answer the Brain Q on brain health.
- Answer the Final Q about the revealed picture, then submit your score while logged in to put it on the leaderboard.
Tips
- Save SweetSpot and Two Tries for Round 3 or 4, where questions are worth the most.
- Try the early Final Q after Round 2 when you have a guess: a wrong answer has no penalty and you get more chances later.
- Only your first play of a day's game counts on the leaderboard, so play it fresh before replaying.
- Log in before you start if you are an AARP member, so the member PowerUp and video bonus are available.
