Rack and Slay
Rate itA billiards roguelike where you shoot balls at monsters, with Daily Runs.
on store.steampowered.com

Rack and Slay is a roguelike that plays like pool: you aim and shoot balls at monsters on a billiards-style table, building a set of balls and upgrades as you go. Its Daily Runs set a new gauntlet every day with a unique combination of run modifiers.
About Rack and Slay
Rack and Slay turns billiards into a dungeon crawl. You aim and shoot, by mouse or controller, sending balls ricocheting into monsters, and between fights you build a stronger set of balls and upgrades as the run goes on. Simple pick-up-and-play controls mean you are shooting within seconds.
Beyond the standard run there are options to condense a run to half the length with extra loot or to tackle a single-level raid in a few minutes, an endless mode after a win to see how far a build can go, and adjustable difficulty.
Daily Runs set a new gauntlet every day, featuring a unique combination of run modifiers, so each day asks for a different approach to the same table.
Rack and Slay is a paid game on Steam, made by Ludokultur, a team of two, and published by 2 Left Thumbs in May 2024. It runs on Windows, macOS and Linux.
How to play Rack and Slay
- Pick Daily Runs to start today's gauntlet.
- Read the modifiers the day has set before the first fight, since they change how every level after it plays out.
- Aim your ball with the mouse or a controller and shoot it into the monsters off the walls.
- Between levels, take an item and spend your coins in the shop so the next fights go easier.
