Puzzle Words is Wordshake's themed daily puzzle. Each day has a title such as Pack a Punch, a row of blanks for each hidden word, and a 4x4 grid of letters; you trace through touching letters to find every word on the theme. Extra words you find fill a Reveal button that gives away a letter.
About Puzzle Words (Wordshake Daily Puzzle)
Puzzle Words sits beside the Daily Wordshake on Wordshake, the Boggle-inspired word site. Where the Wordshake board asks for every word it holds, Puzzle Words asks only for the theme's words.
Each day's puzzle has a punning title and a short list of answers shown as numbered blanks, so you know how many words there are and how long each is (Pack a Punch, on October 7, 2026, hid six words of four to six letters). You drag through touching letters in any direction to spell them. Words that are real but off-theme are not wasted: every four of them fill the Reveal button, which shows the next letter of a word you are missing.
There is no limit on tries. Every day's puzzle is kept in a dated archive, from Brush Aside and Call to Account back through the months.
It suits players who like Strands and want a smaller grid that takes a few minutes.
