One Dice Dungeon Delve Daily Challenge run: a winged Paladin on floor 24 among dungeon tiles and chests, white d6 dice, a stats and gear panel on the left

One Dice Dungeon Delve (ODDD) is a compact Windows roguelike driven by one d6: every fight, interaction and loot drop comes from a single roll. Pick a class, delve into a dungeon that grows with you, and take on the day's seeded Daily Challenge, with its Daily Card, against everyone on the Steam leaderboard.

About One Dice Dungeon Delve

One Dice Dungeon Delve began as a paper prototype on a sticky note and a single d6, and its maker, stealthstack, kept that core: every interaction, combat result and loot drop is decided by the roll of one six-sided die, and every roll is shown on screen. The dungeon is endless, with gear and monsters growing stronger the deeper you go, though the game has an ending you can play past.

Your hero's look changes with each helmet, chestplate, weapon and cape you find, so a run starts with a nobody and ends with someone in full plate. The classes play differently: the Knight parries and ripostes once per floor, the Archer fires piercing shots down a line of enemies, the Berserker gains temporary health with each kill, the Paladin turns armour into a thrown shield, the Brawler throws monster corpses at other monsters, and the Gambler sends every die on screen at the enemy.

The Daily Challenge is a seeded run, the same dungeon for everyone that day. Since version 1.0.0 each daily also draws one of 22 Daily Cards: The Fool changes your class every floor, The Tower joins the whole dungeon into one sprawl. Scores go on a global Steam leaderboard, and you can export a run so others can watch your ghost path through their own copy of the dungeon.

The game left Early Access on 21 August 2026 and is still updated; the October 1.1.0 update added torchlight that changes colour as you descend. It is a paid game on Steam for Windows, with a free demo, and suits players who like short, readable roguelikes where chance is part of the design.

How to play One Dice Dungeon Delve

Tips

  • Learn each class's once-per-floor ability and save it for the hardest fight on the floor.
  • Because the daily is seeded, note the layout on a first attempt.
  • Import a leader's run from the leaderboard to watch their ghost path through the same dungeon.
  • Read the Daily Card before choosing a class: some cards suit one class far better than another.
