Narutodle

Narutodle is a browser game in which you guess a character from the Naruto manga and anime every day, covering both Naruto and Naruto Shippuden; the site says its data runs to the end of Shippuden. Benjamin Widawski, who makes LoLdle, Pokedle, Smashdle, Dotadle and Onepiecedle, built it on the same format. It is a fan project, and the site states that Masashi Kishimoto does not endorse or sponsor it.

Classic mode compares each guess with the hidden character across eight columns: gender, affiliations, jutsu types, kekkei genkai, nature types, attributes such as Jinchuriki or Missing-nin, and the arc where the character first appeared. Green tiles match, orange tiles match in part, red tiles share nothing, and an arrow on the debut arc says whether the answer comes earlier or later. After six tries you can open a vital status clue, and after nine an occupation clue.

The other modes each have their own character. Jutsu shows a blurred picture of a technique that sharpens with each try. Quote shows a line of dialogue and, after five and eight tries, tells you who it was said to and in which arc. Eye shows a close-up of a character's eye that zooms out a little with each try. Each day is numbered, and each mode names yesterday's answer under the board.

There is a daily streak, statistics, a share card once all four modes are done, and a Europe or America time zone that sets when the new characters arrive. The game can be played in English and more than twenty other languages. An Infinite mode was unlocked for one day on 1 April 2025 and is no longer offered. Narutodle suits readers and viewers who know the cast well beyond the main team, since answers can come from any part of the story.
