LOK Digital is a logic puzzle game based on the puzzle book LOK. You spell words of a strange language on a grid of letters, and each word has its own effect on the board. Alongside a 150-plus puzzle campaign it has a daily puzzle mode with fresh generated puzzles and leaderboards.

About LOK Digital

LOK Digital is the video game version of LOK, a puzzle book by Letibus Design, made with Icedrop Games and published by Draknek & Friends, the publisher of A Monster's Expedition and Cosmic Express. It came out on Steam in December 2024, then on iOS and Android in January 2025 and on Nintendo Switch in December 2025.

Each puzzle is a grid of letters. You trace words of the LOK language through the grid, and each word you find blackens tiles and triggers its own ability that changes the board in some way. The goal is to black out the whole grid. You are never told the rules up front: each of the 15 worlds introduces a new word and you learn what it does by experimenting.

The daily puzzle mode serves new procedurally generated puzzles every day, drawing on the mechanics from the campaign, and ranks players on leaderboards. Patch notes mention fixes for daily scores submitting to the leaderboard and for a generation edge case that once made a daily puzzle unsolvable, which shows the dailies are generated and shared.

The hand-drawn art and calm soundtrack keep the mood relaxed even when the logic gets tough. It suits players who enjoy rule-discovery puzzles in the style of The Witness or Baba Is You, and anyone who has the original book.

Buy LOK Digital on Steam, mobile or Switch and learn the first words in the campaign.
Open the daily puzzle mode to get today's puzzles.
Trace LOK words through the letter grid; each one blackens tiles and applies its special effect.
Black out every tile to solve the puzzle, then compare your result on the leaderboard.

Tips

Play the campaign first: the daily mode mixes words from many worlds.
Look for letters that can only be part of one word, and start there.
Think about the order of words, since each effect changes what is possible next.
