Kesto is a daily logic puzzle with one rule: when you swipe, every box slides together. Each day brings one hand-made grid, the same for all players, where you steer a coloured shape onto its outline around grey blocks in as few moves as you can. It plays in the browser and as free apps for iPhone and Android.
About Kesto
Kesto is a daily puzzle game by Hsingchien Cheng (hiking.dev), played in the browser and as free apps for iPhone, iPad and Android. Its line is simple rules, brutal difficulty, and each day's puzzle is designed by hand.
The board is a grid with a coloured shape made of boxes, a matching outline elsewhere on the grid and grey blocks in the way. You swipe in one of four directions and every movable box slides together until it hits something, so the shape breaks apart against obstacles and has to be guided back into form. The goal is to fill the outline exactly, and a counter keeps track of your moves.
One new puzzle comes out each day, the same for everyone and labelled with its date. After solving you see how many of today's players solved it and can share your result. Undo is free; hints are unlocked by watching a short ad, or come with the Kesto Premium subscription, which also removes ads and adds board styles. The Time Machine opens any earlier day's puzzle, and a short training program teaches the rule step by step before your first daily.
The screens can be switched to English, Spanish, French, Portuguese, Russian, Japanese, Korean and Chinese. It suits players who like sliding-block and ice-puzzle logic and are happy to think a while before each move.

Tips

- Use walls and grey blocks to hold some boxes in place while others keep moving.
- If a line of play goes wrong, undo rather than starting over.
