GridJoy offers a daily puzzle in 18 number and logic formats, free in the browser and its Android app with no ads or sign-up. Every board is the same for all players and refreshes at midnight UTC, one is picked each day as the Global Daily Challenge, and the last seven days stay playable.
About GridJoy
GridJoy is a number puzzle app for Android by TextualJoker Games, a one-person studio, first released in December 2025 with six puzzle types. Its website carries a free daily board for every one of its 18 types: classic Sudoku, Killer Sudoku, Kakuro, Takuzu (binary), Calcudoku, Hitori, Sumplete, Skyscraper, Inequality, Number Crossword, Number Blocks, Countdown, Shikaku, Starlink, Number Maze and three kinds of maze (hex, square and circular).
Each board is generated from the UTC date, so every player sees the same one, and a new set arrives at midnight UTC. One of them is the Global Daily Challenge, the same board the app and that day's solution video use; on 21 October 2026 it was a medium Takuzu. Every daily keeps a seven-day archive, and a Yesterday's Solutions page shows the solved grids.
The web dailies need no account and show no ads; the maker says the app has none either, and no in-app purchases. In the app, daily solves build a streak with a free streak freeze at seven days, and a ghost companion collects cosmetics as you play. A challenge link sends a friend the same board to race, and a Learn section explains the rules of each type.
It suits sudoku players who want variety and anyone looking for one place for many daily logic grids.
How to play GridJoy
- Open the Daily page and pick one of the 18 puzzle types, or the Global Daily Challenge.
- Read the short rules under the board, or the Learn page for that type if it is new to you.
- Tap a cell and enter a digit with the number pad or your keyboard; errors are marked while the error check is on.
- Fill the whole board to finish, then share your time.
- Come back after midnight UTC for new boards, or replay any of the last seven days.

Tips
- Try the Global Daily Challenge first; it is the board the app and the solution video use that day.
- Use the seven-day archive (the dated arrows on a daily page) to practise a new puzzle type.
- Your progress is saved in the browser, so you can close the tab and finish later.
- Start unfamiliar types like Hitori or Takuzu on their rule pages before timing yourself.
