Golfie is a minigolf roguelike deck builder from Triheart Studio. You play through procedurally generated holes, collecting cards that add powers to your shots, and try to reach the end of an 18-hole course before your energy runs out. Its Daily Challenge gives one shot a day at a set run, scored on a leaderboard.
About Golfie
Golfie mixes minigolf with the structure of a roguelike deck builder. Each run is a route of procedurally generated holes on a branching map. Before or during a shot you can play cards from your deck, such as a power shot, a glider or a jump, and finishing on or under par earns more cards and perks, while poor holes drain your energy. The game was made by Triheart Studio and published by Yogscast Games, leaving early access in January 2023, and it supports multiplayer for up to eight players.
The Daily Challenge is the daily mode: one run a day that you get a single attempt at, unlike the repeatable weekly Challenges, with results on a leaderboard. The developers also let players go back and play daily runs from up to a week earlier. There are endless and seeded runs too, and the 2.0 update in 2024 added a gentler default mode alongside a Hardcore mode with the original rules, each with its own leaderboards.
It suits players who like physics golf with silly power-ups and enjoy a daily score to compare.

- Aim and shoot your ball toward the hole, playing cards from your hand to add abilities.
- Finish holes on par or better to pick new cards and perks.
- Choose your route on the map and keep your energy up until the course ends.
