FlipList Daily is a free music quiz in the browser. Every day it serves seven songs on one playlist theme, the same for everyone; you hear one second of each and pick the title from four options. Listening longer, two, four or eight seconds, costs points, and your result is a grid of green and red squares to share.
About FlipList Daily
FlipList Daily is the browser version of FlipList, a music guessing game by FlipList Labs whose full edition is an Android app with 1v1 battles, 200 solo levels across 20 worlds, more than 12,000 songs and optional in-app purchases. The daily runs in the browser without a download, an account or ads.
Each day's puzzle has seven songs drawn from one playlist theme, such as 80s, Hip Hop, Disney, Workout or Guilty Pleasures. For each song you press play and hear a one-second snippet of the real recording, streamed from Apple iTunes previews, then choose the title from four buttons. A right answer at one second is worth 100 points. If you are not sure, you can listen longer, to two, four or eight seconds, for 75, 50 or 25 points.
A new puzzle starts at midnight in your own time zone, and everyone gets the same seven songs. Your result becomes a shareable grid of green and red squares, a streak rewards coming back, an optional email or calendar reminder nudges you on days you have not played, and every past daily is in a dated archive, along with yesterday's songs. Archive rounds do not count toward the streak.
It suits players who like Heardle but want a quicker, multiple-choice test of how fast they recognise a track, with the extra choice of how many points to spend on a longer listen.

Tips
- Answer at one second when you recognise the sound: it is worth the most points.
- Listen for the voice or a signature instrument rather than the melody.
- Play past dailies from the archive: each one has a theme of its own, and they do not touch your streak.
