CS Wordle (play-cs.games)

CS Wordle keeps the rules of Wordle and changes the dictionary. Each day's answer is a Counter-Strike word, and the board fits its length rather than always five letters. Above the grid the game tells you the number of letters, how many guesses you have left, the answer's category (such as Tactic or Utility) and a short hint.

After each guess, green letters are in the right place and yellow letters are in the word but elsewhere. You get six attempts. The game remembers your board for the rest of the day and keeps a short history of your results in the browser.

The answers come from a list of 276 words written into the game, spread over eleven categories: weapons, pro players, tactics, mechanics, maps, utility, teams, callouts, roles, events and slang. The date picks the word, so everyone on the same calendar day gets the same one. Because the pick follows the date number rather than a fixed order, a word can come back after a couple of months.
