CraftedNBA Games

CraftedNBA is a basketball analytics site with player pages, projections and a market. Its games page opens with Today's Puzzles, a set of three daily NBA games. Finishing any one of them counts toward a streak, a countdown shows when the set resets at midnight Eastern Time, and an Archive button opens earlier days.

Guess the Player is one mystery player a day, the same for everyone. You start on 100 points with eighteen clue tiles, from rookie status, position, age, height and weight to conference, division, per-game stats and offensive and defensive role. Each tile you turn over costs 5 points, you may turn over ten, and a team hint unlocks after six. You type a name when you think you know it. A wrong guess costs 10 points and one of your three guesses, and there is no clock.

Spin & Pin tells you where a player was born and asks you to find the spot on a globe. Your score is the total miles you were off, so lower is better. Standard gives the city and state, Expert gives less, and each mode has its own four players. Streak sets a legend's career total beside another player and asks whether the second finished with more or fewer. It runs 25 rounds, three strikes end it, and you get one attempt a day.

Beside the daily three are lineup games: Daily Five, where you pick five players from the night's slate under a salary cap, team builders for current players and all-time greats, a roster builder and Crafted Clash, a card battler. The games are free and the site carries ads. A free account keeps results across devices, and the paid Pro membership adds stat tracking and leaderboard history. The set suits NBA fans who want a few different kinds of challenge each morning.
