Cosmic Warfront

Cosmic Warfront was released on Steam in April 2026 by Gamesforfarm. You pilot a heavy combat platform against Archon, an AI that has taken over humanity's defence network. The ship is a kit: six chassis set your play style, eight weapons set your rhythm, and drones, modules and artifacts fill the gaps. In a fight you manage shield, hull, energy and heat in real time while three enemy factions with different AI come at you.

There are four modes. The campaign runs through 12 sectors and four acts with shops between missions. Endless is a survival run of escalating waves. Contracts use fixed sets of modifiers for bigger payouts. Daily Seed is the shared daily: the store page states the seed is the same for every player, every day, so the run is a fair test of skill, and results go to global leaderboards. Each mode has four difficulty levels from Arcade to Hardcore.

Missions vary between survival, holding a beacon, escorting a core, hunting elites and destroying relays, across six biomes.

One player review from the launch weeks says the leaderboards were not working, and the game has had no update or news post on Steam since its release; it costs about two US dollars.

It suits players of twin-stick and top-down shooters who like tinkering with a build and comparing a daily score.
