Today's Chainsawdle board, 26 October 2026: a red row for Denji and an all-green row for Long, the answer, with the Congratz box for #31 in 2 tries

Chainsawdle is a free daily guessing game for Chainsaw Man on animedle.org. You type any character, human, devil or fiend, and tiles compare them with today's hidden character on species, birthplace, occupation, affiliation, devil contracts and first arc, green for a match and red for none, with arrows for the arc.

About Chainsawdle

Chainsawdle is one of the character -dles on animedle.org, beside Hunterdle and the family that includes Bleachdle and Kimetsudle. Its daily character is numbered and the same for everyone, and once you solve it the page shows how many tries you took and a countdown to the next character.

Each guess fills a row with the character's picture and properties: gender, species (human, devil, fiend), birthplace, occupation, affiliation, devil contracts and first arc. Green tiles match, red ones do not, and an arrow on the arc points earlier or later. Devil contracts and Public Safety divisions are the clues particular to this series, so knowing who made a deal with which devil pays off. You can copy your result as a grid of coloured squares to share.

A first-apparition hint, the chapter where the character first shows up, unlocks after about 14 tries, and some characters also have a quote hint after about 10. The page names yesterday's character under the board. The answer is picked from a roster of 67 by the day of the year, so a regular player meets the same characters again after about two months. The page shows ads above and around the game. It suits fans of Tatsuki Fujimoto's manga and its anime who know the cast well beyond Denji and Power.

How to play Chainsawdle

  1. Open Chainsawdle on animedle.org; the board sits under the page's text and ads.
  2. Type a Chainsaw Man character's name and pick it from the list.
  3. Read the tiles: green matches, red does not, and the arc arrow points toward the answer.
  4. Keep guessing; a quote hint unlocks after about 10 tries for some characters, and a first-apparition hint after about 14.
  5. Find today's character, then copy your result and wait for the countdown to the next.

Tips

  • Species splits the cast first: human, devil or fiend.
  • Affiliation narrows it fast: Public Safety divisions, the Gun Devil's allies and others.
  • Devil contracts are rare clues: a green one nearly names the character.
  • The roster is only 67 characters, so a short list of the main cast and devils covers every possible answer.
