Angledle board for puzzle #1754 on 22 October 2026: Guess, Draw and Higher/Lower tabs, two rays with an orange reflex arc and a question mark, and a guess box with minus and plus buttons

Angledle is a daily angle game in the Wordle mould. The main mode shows two rays and asks for the angle between them in whole degrees, from 1 to 359, with six tries and a warmth hint plus an up or down arrow after each guess. Two shorter daily modes follow: Draw It, where you drag a ray to make three given angles, and Higher/Lower, five rounds of picking the bigger angle. There is an archive back to January 2022 and an unlimited mode.

About Angledle

Angledle turns reading an angle into a short daily routine. In Guess, the picture shows two rays from a point and an arc, and the answer can be any whole number of degrees from 1 to 359, so reflex angles beyond 180 are part of the game; the picture is also turned by a different amount each day, so the rays rarely line up with the edges. Hints run from cold (more than 30 degrees off) through warm and hot to so close (within 5), with an arrow pointing up or down, and buttons let you step a guess by 1, 10 or 30. Once solved, Draw It asks you to drag a ray to three target angles, counting anything within 10 degrees, and Higher/Lower shows two angle cards five times and asks which is bigger. Stats, streaks and 50 achievements are kept in your browser with no account. Every past puzzle back to 1 January 2022 is in the archive for practice, unlimited mode gives fresh angles at any time, and the site is offered in ten languages with guides to angle types and a few angle tools.

How to play Angledle

  1. Open Angledle and look at the two rays and the arc between them.
  2. Type a whole number of degrees from 1 to 359, or adjust with the minus and plus buttons.
  3. Read the hint (so close, hot, warm or cold) and the up or down arrow.
  4. Narrow the range and guess again, up to six times.
  5. Go on to Draw It: drag the ray to make each of three target angles.
  6. Finish with Higher/Lower: pick the bigger of two angles, five times.
  7. Share the spoiler-free result grid.

Tips

  • Decide first whether the angle is under or over 180 degrees.
  • Use 90, 180 and 270 as landmarks and estimate from the nearest one.
  • The picture is turned each day, so judge the gap between the rays, not their direction.
  • Hot means within 15 degrees: use the 1 and 10 degree buttons from there.
  • On a phone, clear the box before typing a new guess, since the old number stays in it.
  • Practise in unlimited mode or the archive if you keep undershooting wide angles.
