Games like Queens: daily crown and star puzzles to play next
Queens asks you to place one crown in every row, column and colour region without any two touching. Many daily games use that same rule with other pieces, often with more boards a day, and it comes from Star Battle; after them come two-star grids, LinkedIn's other dailies and region puzzles that use the same kind of deduction.

Start with the games that keep the Queens rule as it is and give you more of it. Queens Game at playqueensgame.com and the Queens Game at playthequeensgame.com both post three boards a day at 8x8, 9x9 and 10x10, and TryHard Puzzles posts Easy, Medium and Hard. Queens Ultimate has a three-level Daily Mini and a ten-level Daily Max. The Starstruck Game posts six one-star boards a day from 5x5 to 10x10, and Royals on Puzzleship six boards from very easy to ultra hard. If you want a single shared board with a leaderboard, as on LinkedIn, try Crowns from Puzzle Round, Queens Puzzle Game, Daily Queens Game or GridSpark. Capybas on DailyJig has the same rule with hidden capybaras, but three lives, so a wrong tap costs you.
Queens is a one-star version of Star Battle, so the one-star Star Battles play the same way with stars instead of crowns: CleverGoat's Normal and Hard grids, Starstruck in Netflix Puzzled, Solitaire.org's board in three sizes, StarBattle.gg's quick 6x6 and Pinplot, which grows through the week. Jesters from Mind Loft also grows, from 8x8 on Monday to an 11x11 Sunday Edition. Several games keep the rules and change the theme: Meowdoku places cats, Beacons and Cresset lights, and The Quiet Order monks. Dumpling Galaxy asks for one dumpling per row, column and zone, never two side by side, and Birdoku from Ponder Club one goose per row, column and region. Puppy Hideout on Puzzledoku hides eight puppies on one 8x8 board, and Purr Grid hides cats on a smaller one. Sonar looks like a naval game, yet its enemy ships follow the same rule over three daily boards from 6x6 to 9x9. On a phone, Queenkan, Bullpen and Queens Master have their own daily board, Lanterns Daily on iPhone puts one lantern in every row, column and region with a daily leaderboard, and Stelline, a paid app, has a daily one-queen and two-star board.
Royal Family adds a second rule. It keeps the coloured zones but asks for six chess pieces, one per zone, with none attacking another.
When one crown per region feels easy, move to two. Judges from Mind Loft asks for two per row, column and court, and Stars Ultimate, Shrooms and TryHard Puzzles' Star Battle are daily two-star grids. The Special Daily Star Battle on puzzle-star-battle.com is one large grid with four stars per row, column and region, a much longer solve. Star Battle Puzzles, Stars from Inkwell Games and Starspuzzle also post a two-star grid a day. PuzzleMadness posts a dated Star Battle for each of Easy, Medium, Hard and Mixed, with one star per line on the smaller grids and two on the bigger ones. On a phone, the Hoshi app has a daily Star Battle ranked on a world leaderboard plus a weekly grid with three or more stars per row, and Astrella, on Android, has one shared daily one-star board next to ranked races and tournaments.
If you play Queens on LinkedIn, its other dailies sit next to it and share the comparison with your connections. Tango is the closest in feel: a small grid of suns and moons where every row and column must balance. Zip is one line through every cell, touching the numbers in order, Patches cuts the grid into squares and rectangles from clues, and Mini Sudoku is a 6x6 sudoku. For region reasoning on a bigger scale, Norinori asks for two shaded cells in each region on one large daily grid.
Every daily game whose own puzzle is a Queens or Star Battle grid is on the daily Queens and Star Battle puzzles page (/daily-queens-games), line and loop puzzles like Zip are on the daily path and loop puzzles page (/daily-path-puzzles), and every daily logic puzzle we list is on the daily logic puzzles page (/daily-logic-puzzles).
